1. Community-based support related to the understanding of the purpose of each Grant, the Grant application process and application support, accessing the online Grant application, consultation on understanding and complying with Grant terms and conditions, the spending of awarded funds, managing receipts and other assistance necessary to support Child Care Providers to access, apply for, and manage the Grant. 2. Support related to Grant reporting, auditing, and compliance with the terms and conditions of each grant and funding award; 3. Technical assistance may be offered in in-person, virtual or group settings and must be available in multiple languages, which include but may not be limited to the following: Spanish, Somali, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and English; and 4. Oral Interpretation and written Translation services must meet the Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Child Care Provider’s needs.
