Vendor to provide all labor and materials to install a new hook lift, frame, and control stations for a new hook lift hoist assembly on the provided chassis. Installer shall install a transmission driven hydraulic pump, verified by equipment manufacturer, as to proper capacity and performance in all extremes of operation. Installer shall also provide a hydraulic reservoir. Reservoir shall be equipped with external glycol heating channels for use in winter season. Connections shall be made to hydraulic pump and reservoir provided by Installer, along with connection of engine glycol lines to new reservoir. All chassis modifications and reinforcements required for the installation hook lift hoist shall be by installer, and shall be completed in such a manner as to maintain chassis warranty. Modifications to the hook lift system shall be made only with prior approval of the manufacturer and Owner. Requirements Designed to handle containers between 15’ to 24’ of length, performing all operation from the cab and shall take no more than 1 minute to load dumpsters. The dumping mode is obtained by operating the main rams, actuating arm and tilting frame, with jib extended, altogether pivoting around the rear shaft. (2) Work lights to be mounted on rear of cab illuminating rear of truck, (2) work lights to be mounted on rear of chassis to illuminate hook. Work lights are to be of LED type and minimum of 800 Lumens. Minimum 1 year warranty on all structural components and parts.
