Late in 2023 the City of Osage Beach was awarded the Safer Streets for All Grant through Federal Highway Administration. The City aims to enhance transportation safety along the City’s roadways, equity, and livability for all residents and visitors, with a particular focus on underserved communities. The project includes multimodal mobility investments that will proactively create new connections and opportunities for underserved communities that have been historically underserved by transportation. Due to staffing constraints and the complexity of the requirements set forth by the Federal Highway Administration for this grant, the City is looking for assistance with administering this grant. It is the City’s intent to award a contract to one qualified respondent. Any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and shall be awarded with the understanding and agreement that it is for the sole convenience of the City.
