Winfield Correctional Facility is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to fill the need of generator maintenance and services. 1. The term of this contract shall be for 5 years, from Date of Award through November 30, 2029. 2. The purpose of this agreement is to provide: One (1) annual service, per contract year of, maintenance, and inspection to both of Winfield Correctional Facilities Minimum and Medium Unit generators to include but not limited to: engine oil change; engine oil and fuel filters; coolant, fuel (NFPA110 Compliance) and oil sampling; and a complete unit inspection. 3. Bid Winner will be responsible to perform a yearly 2-hour load bank test on both generators. Minimum Unit Generator is a CAT model C18EP, Medium Unit Generator is a Cummins model DGFA-3377156. 4. Bid Winner will be responsible for all parts and labor needed to complete required yearly maintenance and maintain compliance with both inside and outside agency inspections. 5.
