Offeror shall provide expedited responses to Metro service requests - a service vehicle and operator shall arrive at the stranded vehicle or equipment within sixty (60) minutes of receiving a service request for any Davidson County location or within one hundred twenty (120) minutes of receiving a service request if the location is in a county contiguous to Davidson County unless otherwise granted in writing by Metro. 2.2. Hazardous road conditions shall eliminate timed response requirements of Item Number 2.1 above. 2.3. Battery boosts shall be performed at the site where equipment requiring the service response is located. 2.4. Winching shall be provided as required in some response situations with capacity for multiple unit and operator response when necessary. 2.5. Successful bidder shall be able to provide requested service response 24/7/365 as needed. 2.6. Service responses that involve travel outside Davidson County (Out-of-County) may incur a per mile charge for only the actual mileage traveled outside Davidson County in one direction, with the charged miles total obtained using the shortest route calculation from an on-line source for trip directions (i.e. Mapquest, Rand McNally, etc.)...
