On-site meeting with Engineer and Town Representative, prior to construction for coordination and implementation of the project. Cut brush back as needed along edge of project area in order to provide adequate access for construction vehicles and reconstruction of the roadway. Labor and materials required to cut and remove the existing pavement. Install the four (4) precast trench drains and associated piping with three riprap splash pads. Install six (6) check dams and associated filter media and riprap. Install drainage facilities, as specified on the Plan. Supply all required clean sandy soil for backfill. All back fill material shall be installed in 6-inch lifts. Grade and compact base material, prior to paving. Provide a minimum of 8 inches of road base material in all areas of the pavement patching. Install 2 ½ inch layer (rolled) of MADOT Class 1 Bituminous Concrete Binder Course. Sweep and tack the roadway, prior to completing the final overlay paving. Install and roll 1 ½ inch (rolled) of MADOT Class 1 Bituminous Concrete Finish Course. Loam and seed disturbed areas.
