Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. County acquires leaf-off, high resolution aerial imagery of all developed areas within the county on an annual or biannual basis. The next capture is scheduled for Spring, 2025. Current and historic imagery is made available via web services to internal staff and coordinating agencies in support of business-critical functions and emergency services within the county. The imagery is also made available to the public via web applications hosted by the county. This project will include the capture, processing and hosting of imagery data services. The project will need to meet the county’s standard imagery parameters as specified below: A. Capture Area & Flight Plan; B. Capture Timing i All flight areas captured between March 15th and April 30th, 2025 ii Less than 30% leaf cover; C. Imagery Products i Orthomosaic • Color and contrast balanced, 3-band or 4-band. • Combination of mosaic tiles with best-available resolution ii Oblique imagery • Georeferenced, measurable oblique images captured at an approximate 45-degree angle relative to ground • Minimum 4-angle coverage iii Image Resolution Requirements • <= 6-inch GSD in areas as shown in the map • <= 3-inch GSD in areas as shown in the map iv Positional Accuracy • <= 1-meter horizontal accuracy, with 95% confidence interval • Elevation data source: Best available; Oregon DOGAMI, USGS, NED, GeoBase...
