Production package to include: Staging – Mobile stage similar or equal to a StageLine 100 stage, with roof and 8x8’ stage left/right wing package. Stairs or ramp stage right and left, handrail and skirt included. Due to possibility of frozen turf, vendor must supply four Stageline Heating Pads and Stageline Spiked Pads. Sound, Stage – large format, full range PA to cover 250’ of more. Speakers to be Adamson, Meyer Sound or equivalent. 48-channel digital mixing system with complete offstage monitor mix. Mic package and monitor package to meet headliner’s rider. Four wireless microphones with handheld transmitters (Shure QLX/ULX/Axient). Sound, Site – provide a basic sound system for on-the-ground performances, about 150’ from the stage. Two subwoofers with top 8” or 10” full range speakers. Small format console, one wireless microphone, 1/8” audio input. Backline – provide a to-be-determined professional level backline package, using brands such as Fender, Aguilar, Ampeg, DW, Yamaha. For quoting purposes, assume an 8x10 bass package, a Fender Deluxe Reverb, and a complete Drum Kit. Backline package to be determined as headlining artist is secured. Stage Lighting – concert grade on-stage lighting package, including at least eight LED moving fixtures and eight LED Par fixtures. Adequate controller for the package. Site Lighting – provide site lighting, to include at least four tree up-light fixtures, a pair of lights for two bar service areas, general site lighting and area/safety lighting for four sets of bleachers. Heating Package – provide a minimum of six infrared heaters (minimum 6000w each at 25-amps 208-volt) to be mounted (4) overhead from the stage roof and (2) used on the stage. Additionally include a minimum of two ‘top hat’ style propane heaters for back stage. Power Package – to include an electrician to perform a live tie-in. Provide a complete power solution using provided panel connection. Must power all aspects of the above specified equipment. Additionally, stage power and site power should be included. This includes power to vendors and food trucks, as needed. All power to be run safely and with cable ramps (minimum of 20.) Client to provide an accurate site map at least 14 days before the event
