The College is seeking wall-mounted artwork (see Section 3 for specific requirements). Panelized, board-applied, or other substrate as desired by the Proposer are acceptable in lieu of directly-applied mural pieces. This will allow for easy installation onsite and potential relocation of the piece in the event of another renovation in the future. Please refer to the attached plans and elevations in Attachment O for dimensional requirements noted at each proposed art location. 2.4. The College will accept Proposals for a variety of artworks in different mediums, formats, scales, and costs; however, all submissions for consideration shall not require electrical or plumbing to operate. Artwork proposed will not require access to outlets, plug-ins, battery operation, water supply, or connection to natural gas. Accent lighting may be provided and installed by the College to showcase the art pieces selected. All lighting provided will be at the discretion of the College, and may be installed without consultation with the selected artists.
