The work consists of approximately 2,410 feet of roadway reconstruction along Adams Street from Colonial Drive to Newport Avenue. The work shall consist of all incidental labor, material, and equipment necessary for the corridor improvements and reconstruction of Adams Street including but not limited to: full depth reconstruction of pavement, concrete sidewalks and curbing, removal and abandonment of existing street lighting and associated conduit, installation of proposed street lighting, conduit and handholes, improvements to existing drainage, utility casting adjustments and relocations, and all else required to complete the work. All work under this Contract shall be substantially completed prior to May 31, 2025.
