1. GOAL This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements and deliverables for the supply and maintenance of Inveris target parts to support the automated ranges at Camp Williams. The goal is to ensure the automated ranges are fully operational and maintained to the highest standards for training and operational readiness. 2. BACKGROUND Camp Williams Range control was fielded InVeris Target systems by the U.S. Army to enhance training capabilities. These advanced target systems are no longer under warranty and are integral to providing realistic and effective training environments for Soldiers. The target systems have been used extensively in various training exercises, ensuring that personnel are prepared for real world scenarios. The continued support and maintenance of these systems are crucial to maintaining the high standards of training provided at Camp Williams 3. OBJECTIVES • Supply high-quality Inveris target parts. • Ensure the continuous functionality of target systems. • Provide maintenance and support services to minimize downtime. • Enhance the training capabilities of Camp Williams. 4. Scope of Services The scope of services includes but is not limited to: 4.1. Supply of Inveris Target Parts: • Targets: Various types of target silhouettes and mechanisms compatible with Inveris systems. • Replacement Parts: Including but not limited to sensors, motors, cables, and control units. • Consumables: Target paper, scoring materials, and other expendable supplies. 4.2. Maintenance Services: • Corrective Maintenance: On-call repair services to address any malfunctions or issues that arise. • Inspection and Testing: Regular inspection and testing of target systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations. 4.3. Support Services: • Technical Support: Provide phone and on-site technical support for troubleshooting and repairs. • Training: Conduct training sessions for Camp Williams personnel on the operation and basic maintenance of Inveris target systems. – • Provide comprehensive manuals and documentation for the supplied parts and services. 4. DELIVERABLES • Parts Delivery: Timely delivery of all required Inveris target parts as specified in the purchase orders. • The Goods are to be delivered to the destination stated in the Contract. They must be delivered in good order and condition. • Parts must be individually packaged, and factory sealed. Contractor shall guarantee and warranty that individual products have no prior use and no individual products have been substituted from production to point of receipt by end-user. • An advice note shall accompany every delivery which shall state: the number of the Order; quantity of the delivery; the quantity already delivered under the Order; and the balance of the Order still to be delivered. • Maintenance Reports: Detailed reports on maint
