construction of a new solids residuals main. Work in the lump sum base bid includes but is not limited to 5,100 ± LF of 24-inch DIP via open cut, 30,800 ± LF of EITHER 24-inch CL 200 DIP OR 28-inch DR 17 HDPE via open cut, 2,400 ± LF of 30-inch DR 11 HDPE via horizontal directional drill, appurtenances, vaults, milling and repaving, clearing and grubbing, EPSC, traffic control, and restoration. A lump sum additive alternate shall incorporate a dual solids residual main constructed with associated trench excavation, horizontal directional drill installation, appurtenances, tie-ins, etc. as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work shall also include all labor, equipment, materials, rigging, tools, testing to complete the work shown in the Contract Documents.
