The Town of Mount Holly has obtained a USDA NRCS EWP grant for reinforcement of streambank located on the property of 4435 VT Route 155. Streambank was significantly eroded during the July 2023 Storm and the home near the stream is endangered. The Town of Mount Holly is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to design reinforcement per application state and federal standards including but not limited to ANR Rivers and Streams Standards. Deliverables include construction drawings and specifications, NRCS Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), construction inspection, and final inspection. Drawings and specifications will be reviewed by NRCS prior to issuance of RFP for construction. For purposes of the RFP the Town will administer the RFP for construction services.
