The general requirements of this Contract include deploying personnel and equipment in areas designated by the City to direct motor vehicle traffic around construction and/or work zones as needed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. Offerors shall have the equipment, staff, supervision, materials, and experience to ensure all requests for services are performed as described in this RFP. Upon request of services, the Contractor shall discuss the services with the City designee, at no charge, and shall work together to design a traffic control solution for each call to include amount of equipment/personnel needed, labor hours, delivery and collection of equipment, and all other details necessary to complete the request.
