The complete engineering, design and specifications for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work associated with the new dedicated, independent HVAC units in the IDF and MDF rooms. All other mechanical systems are the responsibility of the building owner and not part of this scope. 4. Coordination of public procurement processes under M.G.L c.149 and M.G.L. c.30B 5.
