Provide the State of New Hampshire Department of Information Technology (“DoIT”), User Experience Division (UEX) with the equivalent of one (1) full-time resource (2080 hours) per year to manage, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain the Acquia Sitefactory and Acquia Cloud platforms. Tasks include but are not limited to: • Manage hosting services utilizing Acquia Cloud, ensuring regular platform performance and that security and regular updates are scheduled and implemented. • Track, plan, test, deploy, implement, and monitor Drupal, PHP and mySQL upgrades as needed. • Implement a dedicated rapid-response workflow to prioritize and facilitate hotfixes as needed. • Develop enhancements including new workflows, modules, configurations and platform applications as needed. • Offer strategic guidance and serve as technical liaison in State projects that crossover to the Acquia web platform • Offer guidance regarding web content best practices to ensure all requirements and needs are met with a vision towards the future of technology. • Have access to skillsets in other web and application technologies to provide hybrid technology solutions that interface with the Acquia platform. • Help with project management of tasks and activities via weekly status meetings with the UEX team and biweekly meetings with the Acquia Technical Account Manager and UEX team. Other subjectspecific meetings may be required as needed. • Provide 24/7/365 emergency support with occasional planned after-hours support as well. • Additional requests to help the UEX team as necessary.
