PSP adaptively manages the Action Agenda every four years to ensure the plan is informed by the best available knowledge and science to effectively guide investment in Puget Sound protection and restoration. The contractor for the 2026-2030 Action Agenda for Puget Sound will provide assistance for the process to update the Action Agenda. The contractor will support: • Development and management of a system for collecting, tracking, and summarizing comments on drafts of the Action Agenda in 2025 and 2026. • Updates to content in Action Agenda topics in the Implementation Plan. • Updates to the Comprehensive Plan and appendices. • Assembly of the initial text-only unformatted Action Agenda review draft by 6/30/25 including the Comprehensive Plan, Implementation Plan, and appendices. • Assembly of the Action Agenda public review draft by 12/1/25. • Assembly of the Action Agenda Leadership Council approval draft by 6/1/26. • Submission of a SEPA check list for the 26-30 Action Agenda.
