The University of Wisconsin-Madison, hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Purchasing Services Department, hereinafter referred to as “Purchasing”, on behalf of Housing Dining and Culinary Services, hereinafter referred to as “Department”, requests proposals for the purchase of a Self-Operated Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Food certified quick service retail food concept for Housing Dining & Culinary Services. Housing Dining & Culinary Services plans to add a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Food certified quick service retail food concept to a newly constructed campus remodeled academic building on campus that offers a variety of food options that meet specific nutritional criteria. The retail concept will be located inside the freshly remodeled 1st floor space of Grainger located in the heart of campus. Housing Dining may utilize this contract to open future locations within the term of this contract. Projected opening date for the store is spring summer 2026.
