The intent of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to award a single contact for HMO/EPO administrative services for the Maricopa County Self-Insured Benefits Plan that offer medical, prescription, and behavioral health benefits to approximately 3,900 of the 13,000 eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Services under this contract will include, but not be limited to claims processing, provider network access services, chronic disease management, cost management strategies, screening and preventive care, clinical care programs, participant services, point solutions, strategic planning and consultative services, and reporting and analytics. The other medical plan types currently available to employees under the County’s medical program which are under contract and not included in this ITN include: - Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) - 4,580 enrolled employees - High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) - 3,100 enrolled employees The County is accepting proposals for a network only HMO or EPO type plan that will most effectively manage claim costs. Plan shall be for self-funded carved in medical, behavioral health services, and prescription drug administration.
