The successful provider contractor should provide the following services as a minimum, but are not limited to: 1. Work with CPSB departmental administrators to schedule times for employee measurements. 2. Provide adequate personnel to actually measure CPSB employees in an efficient manner. 3. Provide at least 3 separate scheduled times for employees to be measured. a. These times should be at different times of day to accommodate those persons who may work on different shifts. b. Samples of the ACTUAL brand and sizes should be on hand during measuring to ensure proper fit. c. Method of documenting employee participation and agreement with sizing information. 4. Provide staff assistance in distribution of uniforms, including verification of sizing, and appropriate patching. 5. Gather & prepare the uniforms that may need to be resized, reordered, or otherwise replaced. 6. Provide replacement uniforms in a timely manner as determined by CPSB Staff.
