The Office of the City Clerk will receive sealed bids at the Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington until 11:00 AM PT on October 8, 2024, and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud at the City Hall in a virtual setting. All bids shall be filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for bid opening. The major items of work include installing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) and curb ramps at four locations throughout the City. The proposed bid range for the project is from $570,000 to $850,000. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 30 working days. This project is fund by a Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program Grant and City Funds. Requirements stipulated for Federal and other governmental funding have been incorporated into the Contract Documents and require full compliance by the Contractor and any subcontractor hired by the Contractor.
