The University of Central Missouri hereinafter called UCM, or Owner is requesting proposals from a qualified vendor to provide an Integrated Cloud Email Security Solution (ICES) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. The cloud email security system will integrate with the UCM existing cloud-based email infrastructure (Google Workspace for Education) for 35,000 users with an average volume of 160,000 received emails and 15,000 sent emails per day. The ideal solution will provide protections against a wide range of email threats, including business email compromise (BEC), account takeover (ATO), spoofing, impersonation, spam, phishing, malware, and ransomware using automated response mechanisms to remediate incidents.
