A. The refrigeration system to be inspected, maintained, and tested is located at the Anchorage School District (the “District”) Student Nutrition Building (“SNB”). The refrigeration system includes a roof top condenser (1), a refrigeration compressor skid (1), evaporators (16), air curtains (2), cooler/freezer doors (12), a sub-floor glycol heat reclaim (1), and all other associated electrical, refrigeration, and piping appurtenances associated with these items. Refer to Exhibit 2, “Maintenance Checklist”, which summarizes the tasks to be performed on the SNB refrigeration system. B. The successful bidder shall carry out the tasks as noted in Maintenance Checklist and provide service reports on each item listed. The service report shall include the status of each item prior to inspection, maintenance, and/or testing services, the contractors work performed, and the status post inspection, maintenance, and/or testing. Where further repair, replacement, or upgrading of each line item is identified, the contractor will provide a detailed explanation of the required work and an explanation as to its necessity. C. All service reports shall be turned in to the Maintenance Supervisor within 5 business days upon completion of service/maintenance visit.
