1.2 The Contractor is responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of the engineered fall protection system that shall meet which shall include: Provide all drawings with appropriate Stamps for the project to include: • system shall meet the following codes: OSHA Code 1910.140(c)(11-22)(d); EN795 2012, CEN TS 16415:2013, ANSI Z359 and CSA Z259 and any others applicable to this project • number of cross-stage systems per plans • number of up & down stage systems per plans. • horizontal lifeline systems • cabling per specs and system • structural attachments per specs and system • testing and training on system and maintenance • furnish load rating data • any and all special inspections • preparation of fall protection engineering drawings, signed and sealed by a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee • Certifications as required
