S New Cardiac Monitor: Three (3) cardiac monitor units and accessories capable of the following: 1. Unit to be new and of newest manufacturer’s model. 2. All features should apply to adult and pediatric patients where appropriate. 3. The listed functional requirements, equipment, and accessories. 4. Unit must contain monitor, defibrillation, and AED capabilities in the same device. Monitoring: 1. Unit must be capable of patient monitoring through 4-lead and 12-lead ECG cables, and pads. 2. Unit must have ability to measure respiratory rate through capnography. 3. Unit must have a lead selector button that allows the user to change leads. 4. Unit must display lead selected on display at all times. 5. Unit must be capable of demand and fixed transcutaneous pacing. 6. Unit must display standard pacer spike on ECG trace. 7. Unit must show heart rate on display. 8. Unit must be able to defibrillate, transcutaneous pace, and synchronized cardiovert. 9. Unit must be able to monitor SPO2, SPCO, NIBP, and Capnography. 10. In AED Mode, the unit must be able to use any of the following monitoring parameters: ETCO2, SPO2, SPCO, and/or NIBP. 11. Unit must be able to print ECG tracings. 12. Unit must have event recording ability. 13. Unit must be capable of trending vital signs. Communications: 1. Unit must have the ability to connect to Wi-Fi for transmission capability. 2. Unit must have the ability to transmit ECG, vitals, and events to Imagetrend. 3. Unit must have the ability to transmit 12-lead ECG via email to receiving hospital. Battery/Charging: 1. Unit must be capable of using rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. 2. The battery must be easy to change. 3. The unit must provide a low batter indicator which displays on the monitor. 4. Battery charging system must be provided with unit. Accessories: The following accessories shall be provided with each unit: 1. Battery(s) 2. Spare battery or set of batteries 3. Battery charging station 4. Pulse/CO Oximetry cable 5. NIBP hose with infant through large adult cuffs 6. 4-lead cable 7. 12-lead cable 8. Defibrillation/Pacing cable 9. ETCO2 port 10. Wi-Fi modem (if applicable) 11. Carrying case with storage and shoulder strap
