Contractor shall complete all work as specified in the contract documents. The work generally consists of replacing the existing boilers and the reconfiguration of the primary boiler loop piping to accommodate new external boiler feed pumps and the related equipment that service the hot water heating systems that serve the school. The construction scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Demolish and remove the existing boilers, vents and flues. All demolition materials will be removed from the premises. 2. Revise hot water primary loop piping, valves and control devices. Install new independent boiler feed pumps and new replacement modulating condensing boilers. 3. Install new vents, exhaust and drains to reworked existing roof penetrations and drain receptor. 4. Reconfigure existing electrical power circuits for boiler control and revised pump configuration. 5. Integrate controls for the new and reconfigured central plant equipment into existing school automation system. Perform system testing, balancing and commissioning of boiler feed pumps and boiler response. 6. Provide project documentation, start-up and training for the heating plant.
