Consultants will be required to conduct a physical inventory of the site, conduct topographic and geotechnical surveys as necessary, prepare systems engineering documentation for all elements, complete preliminary and final designs, prepare design/engineering plans, lead public engagement and public relations efforts and maintain project website, prepare environmental studies, obtain NEPA permitting, prepare NEPA documentation, obtain any and all permits, facilitate ROW easements and/or acquisitions, produce contract documents and RFPs for public bid, provide engineering support for bidding, work directly with the Berlin Public Works Department (PWD) and Berlin Water Works (BWW) union labor force, and manage the project’s proposed schedule.
