1.1 Collaborate with the Director to create and provide information packets, resources, and provide three months of task force support and facilitating three (3) Task Force meetings. 1.2 Convene the Task Force and facilitate three meetings to: 1.2.1 Establish a common understanding of the Task Force’s purpose and goals. 1.2.2 Develop a current state assessment and target outcomes for the Task Force, both short and long-term. 1.2.3 Collaboratively create strategies and actions to achieve target outcomes. 1.3 Provide comprehensive project management throughout the project, including: 1.3.1 Weekly status meetings with the Director. 1.3.2 Identifying and managing key milestones throughout the project. 1.3.3 Meet, as requested, with Task Force members, state agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and review draft deliverables. 1.4 Provide deliverables to the Director and Task Force for review and finalization.
