The Department requests proposals to: a) develop, enhance, and provide core services for adult female victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking; and b) develop and implement effective coordinated community responses to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. 1. Core services may include, but are not limited to the following: • Advocacy; • Case Management; • Counseling; • Crisis Response; • Increased accessibility by special populations or underserved including: - Immigrants and migrants with limited English proficiency - Victims in rural areas where access to services can be limited - LGBTQ population - Elderly population - Individuals with disabilities including victims with substance abuse and/or mental health issues - Youth – ages 11 and older; • Legal Assistance; • Legal Advocacy; • Shelter; • Transitional Services; • Prevention, Outreach, and Education (Prevention and Education not to exceed 5 percent of the total STOP Formula grant)...
