The Building is located at 1200 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE 68046. The Building was constructed in 1975 and is approximately 15,312 sq ft of finished office space with a finished basement. All fixtures and equipment permanently attached are to remain. The Building will need to have an elevator added to the structure. The Project is a remodel of the interior office spaces into a modern Communications Center and Emergency Communications office space. Due to the proximity of the Building to the existing Emergency Communications 911 infrastructure, the Project is not anticipated to involve relocating any servers, communications equipment, or consoles which are to remain in service at their current location. New consoles will be acquired for the Building. The Building will need to be connected to the main Sarpy County administration and courthouse campus for telecommunications needs. The Project does not include any landscape design. Services Required - Architectural/Engineering (“A/E”) services required for this project include: stakeholder engagement, project design: including furnishings, mechanical, structural, electrical and architectural, participation in the Construction Manager at Risk process, cost estimating, required permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
