Vendor will provide labor and all necessary supplies required to perform the job; this will include but not limited to: Paint rollers/Spray Paint brushes Paint trays and bucket Tape Caulking plastic Paper, etc. Minimum two (2) coasts of paint to be applied. Painting the concrete soffits (around doors), metal flashing, main doors, and windows. Vendor will ensure all surfaces will be pressure washed and scraped to remove dirt, chalk, flaking, and debris. Prepare surface by scraping all loose or chipping paint down to a well adhered surface. Prime all bare wood and cracking paint with a resin primer/wood stabilizer or oil primer (dependent on surface). Caulk where existing caulk has been applied. Mask/protect with tarp or plastic all surfaces not being painted including all windows, doors, decorations, driveway, landscape, roof, flooring, plumbing, electrical and other objects not to be painted. All surfaces will be back brushed and back rolled as required, to ensure proper adhesion. Apply two (2) coats of water-based natural look sealers to the brick. Apply two (2) coats of Sherwin-Williams super paint to windows. Apply two (2) coasts of Sherwin-Williams normal paint to metal flashing.
