The City will ask the Construction Management Team to deliver a comprehensive project that ensures efficient operation of various functions for multipurpose projects and high construction quality, all within the specified project timeline and budget. The City will promote the development of innovative solutions to maximize the value of the final product. The following scope of service shall be provided: Serves as a liaison between Owner's and all contractors and authorities having jurisdiction Oversee project(s) Maintain records for the project(s) Produce and/or acquire any required project documents including required e.g. SWPPP and Builders Risk Insurance Establish a common area and post all required notices, licenses, informational signage, etc. Acquire temporary utilities as required for the project including temporary toilets Establish and disseminate general safety rules for all Contractors Confirm all requirements relating to permits, reporting, record keeping, etc. are met, maintained, and properly filed and recorded Review project plans and advise the Owner of any potential cost-saving measures noted Produce Bid Documents for publication as required for the project Open and evaluate bids, confirm all required insurance, bonds, licenses, etc. are in order, and notify bidders of an award Maintain records of bids, change orders, addenda, supplementary information, etc. Establish and maintain a schedule and coordinate with all trades to maintain the schedule ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Conduct meetings with contractors to resolve any issues that could have a detrimental impact on project schedule or budget Conduct weekly meetings with contractors. Record and disseminate records of meetings Confirm all contractors have, and adhere to a safety plan meeting all current requirements Receive, evaluate and approve or reject payment requests Submit approved requests for payment to owner
