The qualified Contractor shall understand HI-EMA’s needs: • Propose AWG Systems that has a fast set-up with the specified capacity to produce (200-300 gallons per day) and is mobile. • Provide detailed technical specifications including design features, materials, dimensions, and performance characteristics of the proposed AWG system. Such as, Wide range of operating conditions, Treatment system and complete water filtration, generator with autonomy for five (5) days or more • Automatic on and off, internal pumping, and reserve water tank • Provide detailed requirements for significant energy inputs to operate the AWG systems. Self-powered, grid connections, electrical energy, and solar • Submit case studies and information on the humidity requirements to obtain maximum output from the AWG system. • Include pricing information for the supply and delivery of the AWG system, including any associated costs for shipping, installation, mounting, training, and taxes. Hawaii tax is 4.712% at this time. • Include pricing information for the supply and delivery of the AWG systems including any associated costs for shipping, taxes, installation, mounting, and training. • Specify warranty terms and costs for support services, and maintenance plans offered for the AWG system. • Submit an average amount of maintenance cost and an average timeline of how long it may take to repair AWG system. Provide a response time for any action taken for repairs. • Include user manuals to support the proposed AWG System. • Propose an estimated delivery timeline for the units to be received.
