The scope of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors that can provide access control services for the City of Benton at 410 River Street Complex. The services include, but are not limited to, the following: • Design, installation, configuration, and maintenance • Onsite support during regular business hours • Emergency support during outages • Maintain excellent communication with leadership on all tasks and projects. We currently use OpenPath for our controlled access areas and would like to keep that system for compatibility. We need the following installed: • 4 Door Access Panel • Battery backup required for access control system • 14 Card Readers • 22 Magnetic Locks • Status of doors to be monitored through the access control system • 11 Request to Exit Motion Sensors • 11 Secondary form of egress with timer • Conduit, Straps, Couplers, and Connectors may be required. • 3 One-Channel Receivers • 3 Four-Channel Transmitters
