• Coordinated Entry (CE) System- Streamlines access to the homeless response system for all households that are literally homeless or fleeing/attempting to flee domestic violence and ensures they are matched to an appropriate intervention to end their homelessness, based on their vulnerability and housing barriers. The CE System is the “front door” of the homeless response system and one piece of the overall system infrastructure. Coordinated Entry is made up of the following components: o Screening Only o Diversion/Prioritization Interview o Referral & Matching • System Navigation- Enhances access and usage of the Coordinated Entry System by improving accessibility for over-represented or under-served populations, offering system navigation services, and maintenance of a By-Name List which includes Case Conferencing. • Landlord Liaison Project (LLP)- Engages, recruits, and establishes partnerships with landlords and property management companies countywide to improve access to rental housing for the target population, as the last step in the CE system.
