Some of the key priorities are identified below: Create park amenities for the senior citizens and their abilities; Introduce a serene type of setting, including a low-level impact walking trail; Develop a park that has low impact fitness and exercise area that is easy to maintain; Improve the pedestrian activity in the park with sidewalks and trails and provide good connection to neighborhood and businesses downtown; Improve park access and provide a small parking lot for visitors; Maintain flexible passive open space for public events and social gatherings; Provide accessible conveniences for outdoor recreation like restrooms, shade, and rain garden; Enhance the area socially and economically with the revitalization of public open space; Develop a plan that leverages community resources and partnerships-both public and private
