a. Have a Special Treatment Facility license in accordance with Title 11, Chapter 98, Special Treatment Facility or applicable certification to operate a TLP prior to accepting DIVISION consumers into the program. Preference will be given to applicants with combined experience and appropriate facility licensure. Failure to obtain licensure will be considered a substantial breach of contract and may result in contract termination. The facility must maintain licensure at all times during the contract period. Any break in licensure will result in immediate contractual action, up to and including transfer of all consumers and termination of contract. b. Provide twenty-four (24) hour residential services for a maximum of eight (8) consumers per licensed or certified TLP home.
