The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of existing bar screen system and the installation of two (2) new perforated filter screen system assembly fully operational. Work items include: 1. Attend pre-construction meeting with City staff. 2. Field verify existing dimensions and elevations. 3. Engineering submittals. 4. File for City electrical permits and schedule electrical inspections. 5. Remove two (2) existing bar screens including all accessories. 6. Save bar screens for Owner’s use. 7. Furnish and install two (2) stainless steel perforated filter screens. 8. Furnish and install two (2) flow switches. 9. Furnish and install all required electrical control panels, electrical operators, indicators, relays, timers, NEMA local control stations, junction boxes, transformer, and switches 10. Furnish and install all necessary electrical wiring and conduits. 11. Shipping, off-loading, installation, and testing of new equipment. 12. Testing and start up to be performed by a qualified technical to the full satisfaction of the owner. 13. Provide testing and startup reports. 14. Provide two-year warranty effective from the startup date
