Clemson University is seeking to replace our existing IT ticketing and customer service software in order to improve the overall staff and student experience. The offeror(s) shall not be required to provide pricing for any professional services related to the licenses being requested, however at their discretion they may provide the pricing as an optional item, that may or may not be purchased and will not be used for any evaluation purposes. Offerors shall recognize that the absence of detailed specifications or the omission of detailed descriptions shall mean that only the best commercial practices are to prevail and that only first-quality materials and craft are to be used.
