1. Contractors shall provide the specified hardware set for each identified door. 2. No alternative hardware sets will be accepted. 3. Contractors shall provide all labor and materials to change each set of door hardware. 4. The awarded contractor must visit each site and confirm the hardware specified for each door is correct and will function as desired prior to ordering the hardware. WCPS will not pay restocking fees or other fees associated with contractor errors or assumptions based on the information provided. Any changes based on this contractor review/audit of the work will be handled in accordance with Section 2.24 Changes in the Work. 5. Contractors may work at schools between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM on days when school is not in session. 6. Contractors may work between the hours of 3:30 PM and 11:00 PM Monday through Friday while school is in session at Tech High and Clear Spring Middle. Contractors may work between the hours of 2:30 PM and 10:00 PM Monday through Friday while school is in session at E Russell Hicks. Contractors may work between the hours of 4:00 PM and 11:30 PM Monday through Friday while school is in session at Barbara Ingram. Work during the school year must be completed daily, and no door may be left without fully functioning and keyed door hardware. 7. Classroom numbering is accurate to the best of WCPS Facilities knowledge. Classroom numbering may change at any point due to school needs. For any discrepancy, the physical location of the door as marked on the floor plan supersedes the classroom numbering on the door schedule. The door number will not change.
