3.0 SPECIFICATIONS: 3.0.1 INSPECTION: Tests shall be performed only by Contractor certified as per 10 CSR 10-6.250 of the Missouri Code of State Regulations. The contractor should include a copy of their Missouri certification with their bid. The contractor shall inspect and test for asbestos as necessary, and in accordance with best practices, the interior and exterior of the structure. Testing shall include materials such as, but not be limited to: 3.0.1.1 Ceiling texture material 3.0.1.2 Linoleum flooring sheeting 3.0.1.3 Plaster wall material 3.0.1.4 Sheetrock material 3.0.1.5 Roofing materials 3.0.1.6 Exterior siding 3.0.1.7 Insulation/Pipe Wrap 3.0.1.8 HVAC duct wrap/pipe insulation 3.0.1.9 Drop ceiling tile 3.0.1.10 Floor tile (9x9 or 12x12) 3.0.1.11 Mastic 3.0.1.12 Low slope roofing material
