Description Lane County Behavioral Health acts as the safety net for the community, and serves individuals who may have no other options for care, including indigent, and Oregon Health Plan clients. Lane County is currently looking to fulfill a need for the psychiatric services described below, via telehealth, to clients under the care of the County. Clients will be assigned based upon hours proposed up to a full caseload of 250 Clients. Lane County H&HS is seeking proposals that offer between 10-40 hours per week. Client examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and medical histories. Prescription of medical treatment to include medication, and interventional procedures where warranted. Monitoring of vital signs or oversight of the monitoring of vital signs to ensure client health and results of prescribed treatment. Ordering and monitoring of laboratory tests related to the applied treatment. Review of patient progress, evaluation of the need for treatment and care coordination with other medical providers, and consultation to other medical providers. Signing treatment plans within seven (7) days. Attendance and participation in regularly scheduled and/or ad hoc meetings, via remote telework software. Psychiatric Telehealth Provider Requirements: Meet the requirements of OAR Chapter 847 Divisions 20 and 25, and ORS 677.135 – ORS 677.141, as applicable. Maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Oregon. Maintain certification by a nationally recognized Board. Maintain a DEA Certificate to prescribe controlled substances, including narcotics/opioids. Cooperate with County, to ensure all credentialing requirements are met. Disclose any negative reports and/or actions completed or pending on license(s).
