Preventative Maintenance (PM): The contractor will provide fixed-price preventative maintenance services for all equipment listed in the inventory provided by the medical school. PM services include regular inspections, calibration, cleaning, and any other routine maintenance necessary to ensure the optimal functioning of the equipment. The frequency and specific tasks of the PM services will be agreed upon and documented in the attached price sheet. Repair Services: The contractor shall provide repair services for any equipment malfunctions, including diagnostics, replacement of faulty parts, and verification of repairs. All repair services will be carried out by certified technicians with experience in maintaining and repairing the specified equipment. Estimates: Free estimates must be submitted before any work is done. If work is to exceed 10% of the estimate, the lab manager must sign off on revised quote.
