Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is requesting bids for qualified Roof Maintenance and Repair Services for all MCC owned buildings and sites that fall under the Facility Services Division of MCC. The contractor will provide Roof Maintenance and Repairs on an as-needed basis. MCC expects to award non-exclusive contracts to up to three (3) vendors for this as-needed service. The awarded bidder(s) will be expected to have the capability to respond to calls for service within two (2) hours by phone or other direct communications. Most work will be scheduled during normal business hours. Weekends or Holidays may be needed, however, to complete these emergency repairs. It is the intention of MCC to award this bid on some, all or none basis.
