Equipment to relocation on the skid: o Control cabinet o Electrical cabinet o Electrical disconnect o The relocation of several instruments before installation of the new equipment as needed. Equipment installs to upgrade the skid: o Emerson Delta V S-series controller with electronic marshaling. o Pro+ computer terminal – Software to be programmed and configured by the contractor. The contractor will be required to perform a startup verification. o Pneumatic valves for flow control of the system as needed. o Double-block and bleed system on all valves and instruments. o Electronic drives motor control devices to produce a ramp-up and rampdown of pump motors as needed. o Solenoids or alternative flow control method for each line of piping with a variety of control devices for instructional purposes. o Turbidity analyzer o Tank and/or containers for water containment with drainage system of fluids from the skid. o A 3-tank water system with window for viewing fluid levels. Tank 1 should hold the volume of tank 2 and 3. o Human machine interface (HMI) o Additional piping to allow proper measurement and operation of the skid. The piping should be of a ridged material able to withstand years of removal and installation of valves and instruments for training exercises. We are open to options for the piping material. Piping types Inconel and Viton are not to be bid or used on the skid. o Replace decking on skid platform. o Install upgraded instruments, as recommended by contractor, from the “As Found List’s” translated from field bus communication protocol (Existing) to Hart 4 – 20 mA protocol instruments (New Installation).
