• Utility markouts are to be performed prior to commencing work. • Disassemble the gazebo, palletize and wrap like-parts together, and store at the Legion Park Green House on 145 Alverson Boulevard, Everett, WA 98201. o Remove the base and dispose at the local refuse station. Grade and hydroseed the area from which the gazebo was removed. • Remove old fence post bases. If a portion of the post is below grade and not in concrete, remove the fence post. If the footing cannot be cut below grade, it must be removed. • Install approximately 530 +/- linear feet of 5-foot high, black powder-coated metal fencing. Four (4) swing gates with auto closers and ADA openers, and one (1) double swing gate with locking inground stake holder. o Property lines to be staked prior to fence installation. o Install two (2) sally port entrances with two (2) gates built on a concrete pad. o Install 10’ double maintenance entrance at the SW corner of the dog park. o All excavated materials for the fence posts must be repurposed on-site. • Install concrete for two (2) sally ports and mow strip. • Create and install the main sally port upright structure per the drawings.
