The services to be provided shall include but not be limited to the following: a. Notification Letter Preparation: preparation of associated application letters for Sewer Infrastructure Resiliency Project & Scoping applications that summarizes projects for submittal to SCEMD. b. Prepare Comprehensive BRIC Project & Scoping Grant Applications: All activities necessary to prepare complete and fully supported applications. i. Utilizing MetroConnects GIS data, photos, and field work create maps, graphics, tables and other necessary supporting components for application submittal. ii. Create Opinion of Cost and Schedule for application submittal. c. Submit DRAFT Application Packages to MetroConnects for Review: submit draft packages and respond to RFIs/Edits as requested. Resubmit updated packages for final MetroConnects approval. d. Submit Application Packages to SCEMD thru FEMA Go: enter application packages to SCEMD through FEMA Go utilizing permissions established by MetroConnects. e. Support Through FEMA Application Review Period: (if SCEMD selected) support MetroConnects throughout the application period with FEMA requests for additional information.
