The City of Quincy, acting through the Mayor’s Office, is soliciting proposals for a qualified firm(s) to assist with activities associated with the attached Community Engagement Plan of the City’s Municipal Broadband Master Plan. The City of Quincy reserves the right to utilize the selected firm(s) for the aforementioned project along with any other project(s) which may arise with in the City of Quincy in which the City of Quincy seeks to services of said Public Relations Firm(s) over the duration of the contract period. The City will conduct a comparative review of proposals from consultants meeting all the following criteria: to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate using various multi-media as well as social media outlets and the ability to communicate in a City with a diverse population, familiarity with the history of redevelopment in Quincy and a strong understanding of the Urban Renewal process in Massachusetts, and experience in public relations business development.
