The grant funding to be provided under the Grant Agreement resulting from this RFGA must be used by the Recipient solely to support the following Program activities by the Recipient. Items A & B below will be carried-out by the Recipient. A Recipient that also addresses items C & D below will have met additional parameters that are in line with the Oral Health Workforce Grant Program goals. A. Augment or create a teledentistry program with trained oral health professionals to render comprehensive, preventative oral health services. B. Attend bi-monthly check-ins with OHA staff to monitor progress of the project and discuss barriers; C. Address oral health disparities1 and provide care in a culturally competent2 manner. D. Support greater ethnic, racial, and linguistic diversity and inclusion in Oregon’s oral health care workforce.
