This project includes the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system for selected buildings on the Elementary campus as indicated by construction documents. Additionally, it includes HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, and the installation of ceilings and other finishes to support these improvements. Similarly, the High School gym will undergo HVAC and electrical upgrades, along with the installation of necessary finishes to accommodate these upgrades. In addition to the previously listed work, the High School Gym will also receive civil work to correct site drainage issues. The existing High School Gym floor will be replaced with a new floor to match existing, and a new exterior metal stair will be installed to provide access to an existing second-floor door.
